Find out more about it: from Jeff Ferrier, in the Latin American Studies subject guide or at Prisma.

If you need to find out more about Latin America or the Caribbean, the Prisma database should be one of your first stops. Its 165 full-text scholarly journals include articles in many disciplines, such as anthropology, arts, business, economics, history, literature, political science, and sociology. The database offers articles in Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English. Along with articles, researchers will also find some photography. Selected articles are provided by the Hispanic American Periodical Index (HAPI) which is an authoritative source produced by the Latin American Center at the University of California, Los Angeles.

To learn how to use the database, check out the demo on the Prisma website or contact Latin American Studies Subject Librarian Jeff Ferrier.
