If you need to find economic, social, political, consumer, educational, marketing, or medical data and statistics in the United States, SimplyMap is the place to look. You can create customized maps and reports with an almost unlimited number of variables. Data is available at the national, state, city, county, zip-code, or even the census tract level. This extensive data access is especially useful for faculty doing research in the social sciences, business, and health fields.

Student researchers have also recently used SimplyMap to map Census information by zip codes, understand health and chronic diseases in Ohio, to research sports interests in specific U.S. cities, and to research food and restaurant consumer trends by location.

To begin your own search, visit SimplyMap or check out these video tips from Business Librarian Chad Boeninger (on the Business Blog).
