Photo Essay: Alumni Return to Learn at Alden Library

When Bobcats return to campus for the Ohio University Alumni Association‘s “On the Green” weekend, it’s only natural that they’d expect to attend a class or two.

Fortunately, the Libraries’ Mahn Center for Archives and Special Collections staff offered the opportunity to do just that. Bill Kimok, university archivist and records manager, and Doug MCabe, curator of manuscripts, each delivered two lectures on the university archives and the Libraries world-renowned Cornelius Ryan Collection, respectively, as part of the Alumni Association’s alumni college course offerings.

Dozens of former OHIO students made time on the morning of Friday, May 30th, to visit Alden Library, head back to class and get some learning in before the big weekend.
