Artistic Series: Production Papers

Summary: Production papers are part of the Alwin Nikolais Artistic Series. This sub series includes papers relating to the presentation of performances.  Materials include lighting plots, theater designs, cue books, and film negatives of the slide projections for specific choreographic works.  The lighting plots are drawings and blueprints of lighting designs.  Also included are illustrations of two theaters – the McMillan Theatre at Columbia University, and Caspary Auditorium at the Rockefeller Institute.  Production papers were received in 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2007.
