Two persons served as chief of staff in the Voinovich Administration: Paul Mifsud and Curt Steiner. Mifsud was the chief of staff from the beginning of the administration until he resigned when indicted for MISSING???? . Curt Steiner was the governor's first director of communications and press secretary until he became chief of staff.

The Mifsud files consist of a partial box with a very miscellaneous collection of materials. The rest of the files were taken over by Steiner.

The Steiner files are subject files (4 cu. ft.)
