The status of your request will be shown on your library account so that is the first place to look.  Document Delivery, Interlibrary Loan, the Intercampus /Annex Request service and OhioLINK will all notify you via e-mail when your item arrives.  When an Item does arrive it will be available at the fourth floor circulation desk or electronically if it is an electronic document.

Estimated time of arrival for items is as follows
  • Annex Requests typically arrive on the next business day.
  • Document Delivery Requests typically arrive in two business days.
  • Intercampus and OhioLINK Requests typically arrive within three to five business days.
  • Interlibrary Loan Requests typically arrive within seven to ten business days.
