You cannot install software on the desktop computers, and the majority of laptops provided by the library.

The library has one laptop that students and faculty of Ohio University can install software to temporarily.  When the laptop is shut down it deletes all software and saved items from itself and returns to its original state.  This laptop is available at the Learning Commons Technology Services on the second floor of Alden Library.

Ask for laptop #1.
