I had a problem with a vending machine on campus, why did it tell me to come to the library for a refund?

Vending machines all over campus direct people to come to the library when they need refunds. If the attendant is here they will be in Cafe BiblioTech on the second floor of Alden Library.  If they are not here when you want a refund, you should fill out a refund request slip. These slips are in an envelope on the Bobcat cash machine to the left of all the vending machines in Cafe BiblioTech. The completed slip should also be left in the same envelope.
