This error sometimes happens when trying to access a database from off campus. Try the following steps to fix the problem:
  1. Go into your web browser's Internet options.
    1. Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options, General Tab - go to Browsing History and delete files, history, cookies.
    2. Firefox: Tools, Clear Private Data (make sure you get the cookies box checked off).
    3. Other web browsers have their own methods for clearing cookies and private data.
  2. Close the Browser.
  3. Reopen Browser; everything should be 'OK' try accessing the database again.
You may also want to check the database in InfoTree and verify that it is accessible by the campus that you are enrolled at. Under the entry for the database you want to click on more information; there is an entry for access information which details which campuses have access to specific databases.
