Jobs in the LibrariesStudent EmploymentThe Libraries employ approximately 200 students each year, offering job opportunities in many areas, including public services, technical support, and staff offices. We employ students seven days a week, from early morning to late evening hours. If you have received your Federal Work Study award notification, or if you want to know if you qualify for Federal Work Study employment, click on the following: The Program to Aid Career Exploration (PACE) is an on-campus, internship-like work program sponsored by and unique to Ohio University. To learn more click on the following: Student jobs include accounting, book cataloging, ordering, bookbinding and repair, book shelving and checkout, book and equipment delivery, data entry, information services, mailroom services, magazine and newspaper management, office work, and video scheduling and loaning. Student employees work on every floor of Alden, in the Music/Dance Library, and in the Hwa-Wei Lee Library Annex on Columbus Road. Ohio University is a richly diverse community.
