Media Library

entry to Media LibraryThe Media Library has a collection of over 20,000 audio and visual media titles, in various formats such as video and DVD, audio and CD-ROM. Most titles are intended primarily for instructional use and may be reserved in advance by faculty, instructor, or graduate assistant for instructional purposes. Materials are also available for general use to any Ohio University student or staff member. Titles may be checked on ALICE, the Libraries' online catalog.

Videos on music and dance are located in the Music/Dance Library.

If our collection does not have what you need, we can help with the research for materials to purchase or rent from the local video store or a major film distributor. If you want to purchase a specific title associated with a specific course, we suggest discussing this with your Library Subject Bibliographer.
