Equipment Loan Charges
- Equipment is charged on a daily basis.
- Weekends count as one day.
- All requests must be received by 3:00 p.m. of the work day prior to the
use date.
- Charges will be assessed to workshops, conferences, research contracts,
university-related organizations, student groups, and to all users for services
which are not intended solely for direct academic credit classroom use. See the

- Instructional Media does NOT have computers or laptops available for loan. Laptop computers may be borrowed, for use in Alden Library only, from the Technology Services desk in the Learning Commons.
