Videos in the Music/Dance Library

The Music/Dance Library holds a collection of roughly 2,400 VHS video cassettes and a small but growing DVD hoard of about 130 discs. There are few feature films in these holdings, with the focus of the collection being instructional in nature. There are many documentaries, biographical programs, and master classes as well as a large number of complete performances of operas, musical works, drum & bugle corps shows, ballet, modern dance, and a representative selection of folk musics and dances from around the world.

All VHS and DVD titles may are available for all library patrons to check out for a one week circulation period, with the exception of those videos which have been placed on reserve for specific classes. They are non-renewable and accumulate overdue fines of $3/day.
