Audio Tour now available in Japanese

Alden’s popular audio tour is now available in Japanese.

The tour contains about 16 minutes of audio, and if you walk the
complete tour, it will take you approximately 30 minutes. The tour is a
great way for Ohio University’s Japanese speakers to get to know the
library, so give it a try. The tour is available on the library’s iPod,
which can be checked out at the Learning Commons desk on the second
floor of Alden. This tour was translated and narrated by Kana Aoki, who
will earn her bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the end of
the quarter.

Take the Library’s iPod Tour

The library now has a new way for students to learn about the library. You can now borrow our iPod to take an audio tour around Alden. Simply stop by the Learning Commons Desk on the second floor of Alden to check out our iPod. The tour of all seven floors covers the basics of the library, and will take about 30 minutes to complete.

Another version of Alden’s popular audio tour is now available. Now you’ll be able to listen to a student’s perspective of the ins and outs of Alden Library. The tour contains about sixteen minutes of audio, and if you walk the complete tour, it will take you approximately 30 minutes. The tour is a great way to get to know the library, so give it a try.

Library Offers Audio Tour

Alden Library now has a new way for you to learn about the library. Now you can listen to a tour on your mp3 player or iPOD. Simply download the audio file of the tour to your mp3 player or iPOD, and listen as you walk around the library. The tour hits all seven floors of the library and should take you about 30 minutes to complete. You can download the entire tour below (about 15 minutes of audio) to take the entire tour all at once, or visit the Podcast Tour Page to download each floor separately.
