		<description>I wouldn't have cared that much about names, but that has simply gone too far. I can't believe that the current Thai government is under such nationalists' pressure to try to press for a new name. If negotiations on the real issues are already difficult, this just add fuel to fire. The Khmer negotiator is reported as saying, "How can I call it Phra Viharn if my [Khmer] ancestors have called it Preah Vihear since the time they built it back in the 9th-11th centuries." The historical truth of the name might be disputed, but the statement pretty much summarizes a Khmer take on the issue.</description>
