Checking Out Library Materials

An Ohio University ID card, Library-issued borrower's card, or an ID c ard from another Ohio college or university is required to borrow all library materials.

Patrons may check materials out from these locations:

• Main Circulation Desk (4th floor of Alden Library)
• Library Services Desk (Learning Commons, 2nd floor of Alden Library)
• Music/Dance Library (5th floor of Glidden Hall)

The return due date of material is stamped on a slip upon checkout. Courtesy reminder notices are sent via email prior to the return due date.

Returning Library Materials

Items may be returned to the following locations:

• Main Circulation Desk (4th floor of Alden Library)
• Alden Library Return Drops, near the north and south side entrances
• Music/Dance Library (5th floor of Glidden Hall)
• Handicapped accessible bookdrop, located in the Clippinger Hall parking lot
