The Learning Commons Technology Services team consists of Academic Technologies Lab Advisors and Multimedia Assistants.

Our mission is to serve patrons by providing convenient access to cutting edge technology and quality support services. We are passionate about promoting your interests in using our equipment and take pride in helping you achieve success!

• Computer software support and troubleshooting assistance. (See a separate page that lists the software on the Libraries' computers.)
• Wireless Laptop Loan Program
• Oak password resets for students
• Help with printing
• Multimedia consultation, which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Photo and text scanning
  • Slide and film scanning
  • Digital photo, video and sound editing
  • VHS converting to digital files
  • Sound conversion from tape recordings to digital files
  • Graphic arts creation
  • DVD and CD burning
  • Presentation building
  • Web development
  • Streaming video creation for online use

Technology Services Support Hours

The computer facilities are available all hours that the Learning Commons is open. Technical support, however, is open for the hours listed below:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM (Noon)- 12:00 AM (Midnight)
