Rules of the rooms:

1. Groups may reserve a room for a maximum of 3 hours in a 24-hour period.
   If a group has more than one reservation, the additional reservations may be deleted.
2. Study rooms may only be used by groups of two or more.
3. If there are no succeeding reservations or requests for use after a group's time period has expired,
   the same group may renew the key and reserve the room for an additional hour by visiting the library service desk.
4. Study rooms are only for use by current members of the Ohio University academic community.
5. A valid Ohio University ID is required to check out a key to a room.
6. Groups may make reservations up to 7 days in advance. Once logged in, available rooms are designated in green .
7. Groups may obtain immediate access to a room if it is unoccupied and not reserved.
   Groups will need to visit the library service desk to secure the room and check out the key.
8. Reservations will be held for only 15 minutes beyond the start time of the reservation.
   If unclaimed by the reserving group after the 15 minutes, it will be made available to other users.
9. Food is not allowed in group study rooms.

How to Book a Study Room:

1. Find an available room and a time from the calendar below.
   If no rooms are available, you may wish to view a different schedule by using the drop-down menu above.
2. Log in to book a room
3. If you are a first-time user, you will need to register.
4. Once you are logged in, click on the time below to reserve your room.
5. Stop by the library service desk on the appropriate floor to pick up the key.
   In the Learning Commons, an OU id card is required to check out the key.
