- Access: The European Retail Handbook can be accessed through the Mintel Reports database (Ohio Univeristy Athens Campus only). The easiest way to find the report is to log in to Mintel Reports and then use the "Quick Search" box in the top-right of the database to search for "European Retail Handbook."
