Part of a highly-respected series of industry ratio books published by Dun & Bradstreet that together cover over 800 lines of business as defined by the U.S. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code.

Other volumes in the series include: Agriculture, Mining, Construction/Transportation/Communication/Utilities; Wholesaling; Retailing; and Finance/Real Estate/Services. Data is given for 2-digit and 4-digit SIC numbers and is subdivided into up to 4 geographical areas of the U.S. and up to 8 assets-size ranges.
