Business Research Guides
Wednesday, October 20th, 2004This quarter I have taught a number of classes on finding and using business resources. In teaching those classes, I strive to present the most useful information for the current project, as well as discuss ways to use the resources for future projects.
Unfortunately, I have a limited amount of time to demonstrate a variety of resources. As such, I am not able to point classes to all of the available sources in the area of business research. There are bound to be resources that I fail to mention that might be ideal in doing research for a particular topic.
For this reason, it is important to consult the business research guides. These guides are organized by areas of interest and will offer a good selection of print and electronic sources. Whatever your topic, I invite you to consult the Business Research Guide, the International Business Research Guide, or the Marketing Research Guide to find additional sources of information.
I'm Chad Boeninger and I write this blog for the students and faculty of Ohio University. I cover business research issues, databases and other resources, current business trends and topics, and much more.
