Instant Messaging Survey
Friday, May 27th, 2005Many business students have contacted me directly via Instant Messaging over the past couple of quarters. IM has been a great way for students to request help, and for me to deliver research assistance. The Reference Department is currently investigating ideas about providing reference services via instant messaging. To get input from the University community, we currently have a survey linked from the library home page. Please take a moment to take the survey and give us your thoughts about IM and library services.
