3GPP2. 3GPP2 (3rd Generation Partnership Project 2) is a uniting body for cellular radiotelecommunication intersystem operations standards.

The Ohio University Library does not collect 3GPP Standards but you can look at their web-page to see what standards they have available. Here is a specific example of acquiring a Standard that the library does not own.
