Text directions for reserving a group study room:

  1. From the library home page, click on the Services tab
  2. Click on the link for Group Study Room Reservations
  3. If you have never used the system before, click on click here to register under First time users.
  4. From then on, you can use the click here to enter link under Returning users
  5. Log in using your Oak ID and password (the same as your email log in)
  6. Click on Continue if you receive a security message
  7. In the system, click Reservations in the left side column
  8. Scroll down until you find an open time – click on the time slot
  9. A new window will open where you can edit your reservation – use the drop down menus to change the time.  Remember you can only make a reservation for three hours in one day.
  10. Click Save when you have finished editing your reservation
  11. Return to the list of reservations to verify that your reservation has been correctly placed
  12. If there are no rooms open in the second floor Learning Commons, use the drop down menu to check the other rooms on the first, third and fourth floors.  Use the same process to reserve a room.
  13. If you need help making a reservation, you can always ask an OU Librarian.
