The developers of the Workflow Analysis for OU Libraries strategic planning initiative are seeking workflows and processes that library staff could look at together to improve our understanding of each other’s work and improve service.

When a workflow or process is chosen as a pilot project, staff who are involved in that workflow or process will work together to share information, discover how the process relates to other library operations, and determine possible areas for improvement. You and your colleagues will take the lead in the process, with facilitation and assistance from members of the Workflow Analysis initiative group.
