Faculty and Staff Delivery
Library materials are delivered, Monday through Friday, via Mail Services. Mail Services delivers materials to the department’s central mail location. Materials that need to be returned are picked up with the outgoing mail in the same central mail location. Library materials are delivered within approximately 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and University Closure days) of receipt.
We will deliver any regularly circulating materials from:
- Alden Library (including videos for classroom use by special arrangement)
- Library Annex
- Music & Dance Library
- Intercampus Borrowing
- OhioLINK Borrowing
- Interlibrary Loan
To enroll, simply complete and submit our Faculty/Staff Delivery Services Online Enrollment Form.
Please note: All requested library items will be delivered once enrolled in the program.
Note: Faculty/Staff Delivery Services is dependent on Mail Services operations and may be affected by inclement weather, holidays, and University/building closure.
